Making An Online Reservation
Do I need a profile account to search for or
reserve a tee time?
No. A profile account is not required to search for or reserve a tee
time using the Internet reservation system. However there are several
benefits to having a profile account and logging into such account
before searching for and making a reservation. Some golf facilities
offer different tee times to customers with a profile account. If you
do not have a profile account and are not logged into that account, the
reservation system will only display tee times released to all
customers. In addition, having a profile account saves you much time
when making a reservation online. All forms required to make a
reservation will be primed with your profile account information when
you are logged into your account. Finally, only reservations made while
logged into a profile account can be managed online after the
reservation is made. This includes reviewing your reservation history
as well as canceling a reservation online, should the facility offer
this feature. A profile account is free of charge and is provided
simply for your convenience.

Can I view reservation information for tee times
I have
previously made online?
Yes. You can view your past one hundred tee time reservations using the
Internet reservation system. To view your history you must first log
into your profile account. Once logged into your profile account, click
the 'Your Profile' button at the top of the reservation screen. From
there, click the 'Reservation History' tab. If you would like to filter
your history by a specific course, select such course from the
drop-down list. Click the 'Go' button to print out your reservation
history to the screen. Only reservations made while logged into your
profile account will appear online. The history screen will display
various details regarding each tee time, including: date booked, price,
quantity, reservation date, reservation time, and facility webpage.

Can I cancel a reservation I made online using
the Internet
reservation system?
This depends if the facility offers this feature. Not all facilities
allow cancellations to be made online, thus you are required to call
the facility to make any reservation changes. If a facility does allow
reservations to be canceled online, you can only do so with
reservations made using a profile account. To determine if an
reservation can be canceled online, you must first be logged into your
profile account. Once you are logged in, click the 'Your Profile'
button at the top of the reservation screen. From there, click the
'Reservation History' tab. Select the course you want to cancel your
reservation at and click the 'Go' button. If the reservation can be
canceled online, a small red 'X' button will appear underneath the
reservation date and time. Click this button to cancel your
reservation. Be sure to check all course policies before canceling a
reservation online to avoid no-show charges. Once a reservation is
canceled it will appear with a gray background in your history list.

I need to add another golfer to a reservation I
made online. Do I
have to call the course to do this?
No. To add golfers to a previously booked reservation simply book
another reservation at the same course and time. When making your
second reservation be sure to enter the same information that was
inputed when making your first reservation. Using a profile account
helps assure all reservation details are consistent. Some facilities
may restrict the golfer quantity that you are allowed to book online.
If you cannot select your desired quantity for your second reservation,
please call the facility to add the additional golfer.

Why did I receive two confirmation emails after
making a
reservation online?
Once a tee time is made using the Internet reservation system an
automated confirmation email is sent to the email address provided when
making the reservation. This message is sent immediately from
'reservations@teeitup.com' to acknowledge your tee time. Once the golf
facility receives your reservation, which may take a few moments, a
more personalized message containing course specific information is
sent. This email is sent from the golf facility's email address. Please
do not be alarmed when you receive two confirmation emails when making
only one reservation online as this is done for your convenience and by
system design.

When I showed up to the course for my tee time
they could not
find my reservation in the system. What do I do now?
Do not panic! In rare cases a golf facility may not receive
notification of your reservation by the time you arrive for your tee
time. This typically occurs because the Internet reservation system was
not started or stopped properly at the golf facility. Once your
reservation is made online, a confirmation page will be displayed along
with the option to print out a copy of the confirmation. This
confirmation is also immediately emailed to the address provided when
making the reservation. It is always good practice to print out the
confirmation page and bring it to the golf facility at the time of
check in.

Your Profile Account
I cannot seem to remember my profile account
password. Can I reset
my password?
Yes. To reset your profile account password click the 'Forgot
Password?' link located underneath the Password box in the 'Your
Profile Account' section of all reservation pages. Once you click this link
a text box will appear asking for your email address. Enter the email
address of your profile account and click the 'Send Reset Email'
button. After a few moments you should receive an email from
'automessage@teeitup.com'. This automated email will contain a link
allowing you to reset your profile account password. If you do not
receive your reset email try completing the instructions above again
and assure the email address 'automessage@teeitup.com' is added to your
email account's white-list. Once you receive your reset email click on
the link within the body of the email. If you cannot click on this
link, try copying the URL and pasting it into your standard web
browser. This link will take you to the reset password screen, asking
for your email address and a new profile account password. Complete
all fields on this page and click the 'Change Password' button. You
should receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen that
your password has been updated successfully. You should now be able to
log into your profile account. Please note that for security purposes
your credit card information will be removed from your profile account
once your password change has been completed.

Can I remove my credit card information from my
profile account?
Yes. For your convenience you have the ability to remove your credit
card information from your profile account. To do so you must first log
into your profile account. Once you are logged in, click the 'Your
Profile'
button at the top of the reservation screen. From there, click the
'Billing Details' tab. If there is a credit card currently stored with
your profile account you will see the last four digits of your card
number listed next to the 'Current Card Number' text. To remove your
credit card from your profile account click the red 'X' after the last
four digits. Please remember that all reservations require a credit
card at the time of booking. Removing your credit card from your
profile account will require you to re-enter a card number each time
you make a reservation. Note that all of your credit card information
is handled through secure servers and encrypted when saved.

My credit card information has been removed from
my profile
account. Where did it go?
For your privacy the Internet reservation system will remove your
credit card information when certain activity is performed on your
profile account. Such activity includes reseting your password,
changing your password, and changing your email address. This is done
as a precautionary measure to protect your profile account. You can
re-add a credit card to your profile account by first logging into your
account. Once you are logged in, click the 'Your Profile'
button at the top of the reservation screen. From there, click the
'Billing Details' tab. To add a credit card, enter your current profile
account password and card information in the form and click the
'Update' button.

Your Privacy
What is done with my personal data I enter to
create a profile
account or make a reservation?
Fore! Reservations takes your privacy seriously and will never solicit
your information to third parties. Your information is stored securely
on our servers and your profile account information is stored only for
your convenience. When you create a profile account using the Internet
reservation system, your contact details are submitted to the golf
facility at which your profile account was created at. When you make a
tee time reservation, your contact and billing details are submitted to
the golf facility at which the reservation was made at. Fore!
Reservations is not responsible for such information once the golf
facility receives it. Please contact the golf facility to determine how
your information is handle according to their privacy policy. Click

Why is a
credit card
required to make a reservation online?
Your credit card information is required for different reasons
depending on which type of tee time reservation you are booking.
Currently there are two types of tee times that can be reserved online,
prepaid and non prepaid.
Prepaid Internet Tee Times
Prepaid Internet Tee Times are non refundable and the total reservation
cost is collected at the time of booking. Your credit card will be
charged by 'Fore! Reservations, Inc.' once the reservation is confirmed
by the Internet reservation system. You can identify a prepaid Internet
tee time by referring to the 'Billing Details' section of the
reservation screen. The text in this section will clearly explain that
tee time you are booking is prepaid, non refundable, and the total
price
listed in the 'Tee Time Details' section will be charged to the card
provided. Click

Non Prepaid Internet Tee Times
The majority of tee times you book through the Internet reservation
system are Non Prepaid Internet Tee Times. Such tee times require a
credit card to hold your reservation and the total reservation cost is
not collected at the time of booking. The credit card information
provided is transmitted securely to the golf facility at which the tee
time was booked. The golf facility then determines what to do, if
anything, with your billing information. In most cases, the card
information is used to simply guarantee your reservation time and is
only charged if you no-show to your reservation without first
contacting the golf facility. Please contact the golf facility you are
reserving your tee time at for a more detailed sales and refund policy.

handled through secure servers and encrypted when stored in our system.

I am making a reservation from my course's
website. Why do the
booking pages appear non secure?
When making a reservation from your course's website the Internet
reservation system is typically "framed" into such website. This is
like having two Internet browser windows in one, however you cannot see
the address bar of the "framed" Internet reservation system. When your
Internet browser displays a security lock to help you identify if the
website you are browsing is secure, the browser will display the
secure status of the course's website. If the course's website is not
secure you will not see the security lock.
To verify that the "framed" Internet reservation system is secure,
simply right click on the text 'Your Profile Account' at the top of the
reservation screen. If you are using Internet Explorer select
'Properties' from the right-click menu. If you are using Mozilla
Firefox select 'View Page Info' from the right-click menu. The next
screen that appears should detail that the Internet reservation
system is using high-grade encryption, specifically AES-256 256 bit.
Most latest browsers will utilize 256 bit strength ciphers.
If your browser displays 128 bit strength then this is a limitation of your
browser and/or operating system. If you are still concerned that the
page you are entering information in is not secure, please contact Fore! Reservations Support.
